Litigation

A Proven Track Record

We are known for our trial advocacy and track record in litigated cases. Many of these victories have been obtained at lower cost to clients through pre-trial dismissals or other advantageous resolutions. Among high profile litigated cases handled are Lepore v. Yukiguni Maitake Corp., in which the jury determined that the plaintiff was an outside salesperson not entitled to overtime compensation; Holland v. BLH Electronics, Inc., where our arguments resulted in a defense jury verdict of no race discrimination; and Thurman v. AHRC, where we obtained a directed verdict at a jury trial dismissing the race, gender, and retaliation claims before the claims were submitted to the jury.
